Just posting to formally inform you guys that I've "moved out" of this journal (for more than a year now actually LOL. Not that I've become a more diligent blogger over there or anything, but, if there's any LJ updating going to happen, it's gonna be there.

Lol. I was watching the latest episode of Himitsu no Arashi-chan just now. They have a game segment called Arashi Roulette. Basically, there are 10 items presented, and Arashi, versus the Guest team, will have to avoid choosing the item that has the highest price. Get it? Got it? Good.

But that's not my point Lol. X_x I'm blogging because this week's items are --- new halves. >_>; (FYI, new half is the Japanese term for--- transvestites. ._.;) They're ranked according to how much they have spent on surgeries, and the teams have to avoid choosing the one that spent the most. (12,050,000 yen to be exact. Why hello there, life savings.)

I was pretty much flailing during the show. XD Which made Deepoweredbygravy and Mattxtraryce ask for screenies. (They got curious *cough*)

Yesterday I decided to spend the most of the day in my room. Cleaned it too, successfully at that~ Hwa! XD My room depresses me and amuses me at the same time. Even though it looks more like a workshop/storage area than a room, I can get the peace and quiet that I want in there. All that's missing is ZERO with a router, really. What depresses me though, is the way it's built. Dark Water room, remember? Also, I have this notion that if an earthquake occurs, it will be totalled, completely.

Aside from cleaning my room, I made a list of things that I need to do and have to do. I like making lists. It makes me feel at ease when I'm feeling lost or anything like that, which is what I've been feeling lately, I think. Although I need to remember to leave room for errors when I'm planning. I tend to forget that, so when unplanned things happen (and they do, more often than I thought) all of my plans go down the drain and I start feeling all lost again. ._.;

I also cut my hair toda-er, yesterday~ XD At first I was just planning to trim my bangs, but then I decided to change the style a bit altogether. The ends of my hair have been bothering me a bit anyway. I thought it was unnoticeable but my mom immediately commented on it. (Then again, my shoulder was kinda covered with hair. >_>;) I guess it did change? o_o When my hair's flat I either look like Nodame, Shizuru, or a random Chinese kid. >_>; I guess I should've taken a before and after picture so I can see the difference. -_-;

I posted this at plurk, too, but, just for the record -

I think I just found out who I take after, when it comes to randomly/innocently bashing people when I'm drunk. My dad's drunk right now, and he was just asking me stuff like, what's the deal with Cosmania, how much will I get from it, where am I applying for work, etc. etc. Finally he asked, "Are you happy with that? Are you happy where you are right now?"

Just to brush him off I said yes. Maa. Thinking about it, I could've been more honest and told him I'm working on it. But if he's anything like me, that might make him want to ask more questions and, honestly, it makes me feel terribly awkward it stresses me out. I'm not exactly the type of offspring that goes to her parents for advice or anything. I don't exactly inform them about what's happening with my life, I rarely do. (Imagine everyone's surprise when I suddenly brought a mongoose mascot home. Then again, by that time everyone's already somewhat used to seeing the weirdest things from me.)

Anyway, back to the topic - After grilling me with such questions, and putting me in a bit of a foul mood, my dad finally decided to go to bed. But not before coming up to me to cuddle and generally er, make lambing to me.

I was a (bit of a) bookworm when I was younger, and I haven't finished Mark Haddon's novel that I borrowed. (and may have to replace. ;_; P~chanravenel , gomen nasai~ But, with the way things are now, do I really have to~ *coughbeingstingycough*) Also, I have a bunch of books waiting to be read so, I really think I should pick up the pace. o_o Anyway, on with the meme.

Hm. Which brings to mind this question - Is there an author that you're not exactly fond of reading? I'm not saying hate but, you know, somewhere along that line I guess. I'm talking published/established(?) authors so, crappy fangirl fanfics are not included. XD

For me, I think it's Anne Rice. .-. No offense to Anne Rice lovers out there but, she kinda bored me. -_-; A friend back in high school loved her to bits, so I tried reading one of her books, but I couldn't get myself to read further after a few pages. Just something about her style I guess? Or it could be that certain book itself. I don't know. Maybe if I get to read another work of hers, I'd change my mind. After all, I do love the film adaptation of her first book, and have a big fascination towards vampires myself. Which is probably why it kinda surprised me when I found myself having trouble reading her novel back then? I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to put it down since it was about vampires. I was so much into vampires back then, I seriously thought I wouldn't mind being one. Emphasis on the serious here. Haha. >_> --- I'm such a dork. =_=

Okay. Back to regular programming.

I'm already up, and it's not even 9 am yet. This is, a first in a long while. I'm happy about it. Although the reason why I'm up isn't as amusing.

I slept around 4:30 am, (isn't exactly the before 12 MN I'm aiming for buuuut, I'm working on it) when ZERO decided to restart on me. >_> I was busy reading about The Series of Unfortunate Events and didn't notice the Windows Update warning.

7:30 my alarm went off and I found myself waking up to hard rain. I thought, "Maa. Rain, why are you cockblocking my plans so much." I've been meaning to go to Cargin's since yesterday but it's also been raining since. I decided to go back to sleep and see if the rain would've subsided by the time I get up. Just then a kid from our neighbor's house started singing. Actually he was more of screaming his lungs out than singing, and you couldn't even understand what the hell he was singing. I know, I tried - I was trying to lessen the annoyance by actually being able to digest the noise as a song, instead of some random screaming.

I managed to get back to sleep though, but around 8:30 I was up again. Same kid was crying his lungs out now. I'm this close into thinking that whatever this kid does, he's loud. This time there was a woman with him. She was screaming and hitting the kid. Typical scenario, I figured. But I guess I wasn't exactly right.

The woman - was teaching the kid how to count, 4 and 5 specifically, and quizzing him by asking which one is more. The kid either gets it wrong or doesn't answer at all, which makes the woman hit the kid, which makes the kid cry his heart out (and whatever internal organs left), which, in turn, makes me want to scream right back at them to shut the fuck up. >_> Seriously, I was already looking out my window and pacing myself. I just decided to get out of my room instead.

Honestly. =_=
